About our clinicians:

Alex Conrad
Alex began his equestrian career working for international event riders Beth Perkins and Ashley MacVaugh in Hamilton, MA. After earning a BA from Boston University, he spent three years gaining invaluable experience riding sales horses, schooling competition horses, starting young horses, conditioning upper level horses and competing while working for Australian eventer Ryan Wood out of Philip Dutton’s True Prospect Farm in Pennsylvania. He started Conrad Equestrian in the spring of 2018 and has developed a core clientele of eventing and dressage focused students and owners. Alex has competed up through the Intermediate Level and FEI 2-Star level.

Lainey Johnson
Lainey is an FEI dressage and eventing trainer with over 30 years of competitive experience. Her students include juniors, adult amateurs and professionals in both dressage and eventing. Lainey competes and coaches throughout New England and New York, campaigning her own and client's horses.

Lainey is a USDF "L" graduate with distinction, and a USDF Silver and Bronze Medalist.  Lainey has trained and competed horses and riders through Prix St. Georges and Intermediate Level Eventing

Jennifer Ravilico

Jennifer has competed up to Advanced Level eventing and was selected for the 1997 USET Winter Training Sessions with Capt. Mark Phillips. She employs positive training methods to successfully take green horses to preliminary and beyond.   Jennifer's jumping clinics are well organized and structured to allow the rider to increase in confidence as the lesson progresses.  She is very experienced in teaching lessons for beginners to advanced level riders.
